E-MC Electrical was formed in October of 1995 and began conducting business as a full service electrical contractor whose principal place of operations is the North Texas area. The owner, Mr. Gerald McDonald, had been the co-owner and co-founder of Regional Electrical Systems, which had been in business since May of 1977. They were also an electrical contractor serving the North Texas area. In October of 1995, the co-owners divided the company assets and each ran their own company. E-MC was spun off from Regional Electric in a re-organization.
