In privatizing the Lesotho Telecommunications Corporation, the government of Lesotho paved the way for investors to inject resources, skills, infrastructure and management expertise into the economy of Lesotho. Mountain Kingdom (Pty) Ltd acquired 70% equity, while the remaining 30% was retained by the Lesotho government.

Azerbaijan - Great Britain Joint Venture «AzEuroTel» was established in 1995 by the Ministry of Communication of Azerbaijan Republic and «LUKoil Europe Ltd». «AzEuroTel» is an operator of the modern digital «System X» Exchange 492/497/437, based on technology of the British company «GPT Ltd».
