The six companies included OAO Uraltelecom (Sverdlovsk region), OAO Svyazinform (Chelyabinsk region), OAO Khantymansyiskokrtelecom (Khanty-Mansi AD), OAO Tyumentelecom, OAO Yamalelectrosvyaz (Yamalo-Nenets AD), and OAO Electrosvyaz (Kurgan region).
