Theoratically Transcoder is BTS part, I read from two or three books, so it is proof. Posted by waqqas1 Well folk we can can't say that transcoder is a part of BTS alone.It depends upon the interface that is being used, it could be a part of MSC or BSC.We can use TC interchangeably with BSC and MSC.
