IF Soft Switch is developed by Freeware? Is there any? How do I know whether to call Soft switch support forum or who when a fault occurs?

As a general rule, if a fault affects only one or a limited number of individual extensions, call any consultant. However, if the fault is impacting all call you should call the vendor and get extended warranty support to fix your issue.
