First START the windows firewall connection. Click the DON’T ALLOW EXCEPTION OPTION. Then move to exception tab. Then click to select the remote
Desktop. Then click to deselect the printer and sharing option. After that click to select the notification.

The firewall controls what data can come across the thousands of ports that your computer can use to communicate with the outside world.So to enable remote desktop program in computer simply goto:

Windows firewall connection->click Dont allow exception option->click remote desktop connection->click deselect printer and sharing option->ok
