MPLS – A very short label is added to every packet as it enters the network
Label Switched Path (LSP) – The label corresponding to a path
Label Switching Router (LSR) – Each MPLS router (LSR) routes a packet to the correct LSP using to the short MPLS label instead of the long IP header
