click on the file menu...
and click on import
then click the message which u want
and email import from the backup folder.

Import messages from the backup folder. On the File menu, point to Import, and then click Messages. In the Select an e-mail program to import from the backup folder

To import messages fro the backup folder.
1) In Outlook Express, click File | Import | Messages.
2) In the Outlook Express Import dialog box, select Microsoft outlook Express 6, and click next.
3) Select Import Mail from an OE6 Store Directory and click OK.
4) Click Browse, and locate the folder that contain the contain the mail backup.
5) Click OK, and then click Next
6) Click All Folders, click next, and then click Finish.
