1. Have company wide policy Not to browse social networking sites at Work or block social networking sites at work :) There only handful of social networking sites..

2. If 1 is not viable have access to social network sites which do not eat up that much bandwidth meaning in other words have access to social network sites which are engineered better...IT guys in a company can easily find an answer for this
